- After the completion of your ten week package you have the option of continuing with our maintenance package.

- Allows you to use the Creative Conditioning studio each week without having to see a Personal Conditioner.
- Your Personal Conditioner will still be available at all times when required.
- MATES CREATIVE CONDITIONING: TEN WEEKS
- You find one or two friends (partner, mother, father, daughter, son, mate) to complete the Ultimate Creative Conditioning package with. We do the rest!
- This is a discounted package as you are sharing the cost.
- All programmes are individualised.

- Your only obligation is to have your weekly Personal Conditioning session with your Personal Conditioner together with your mate(s).

- This package entitles you to three thirty minute Personal Conditioning sessions per week.
- Your results are achieved with only 1.5 hours of exercise each week.

- Dynamic conditioning techniques used include boxing drills, Swiss ball and medicine ball exercises and body weight work.

The Creative Weigh Nutrition Plan is individually tailored to you. It is based on long term eating habits that are realistically sustainable.
The Creative Weigh Nutrition Plan is designed with you in mind. It is a kilojoule-based nutrition plan intended to be used in conjunction with your personal conditioning and exercise programme.
It has been designed in conjunction with the team at Creative Conditioning and is exclusively for use by our clients.
The programme has been designed so that you will lose weight and body fat at a rate that will make it easier for you to keep it off. Many fad weight loss programmes result in large initial weight losses. When your body loses a lot of weight/body fat quickly, it goes into shut-down mode as it thinks it is being deprived of nutrients and energy that it has become used to and thinks it needs. As a result, your metabolism slows down and your body burns energy at a far less efficient rate. This eventually leads to weight gain that often exceeds levels prior to attempting to lose body weight. Therefore it is important that your body is not "shocked" into thinking that it is going to be deprived of its fuel.
